Yes, a $20 credit card deposit is required for all reservations to secure your date. Our policy is designed to be flexible for our customers:

Full Refunds: Deposits are 100% refundable if you cancel at least 5 days prior to your rental date.

Rain Checks: If you cancel between 2–4 days before your event, your deposit is converted into a 1-year rain check, allowing you to reschedule your party for any date within the next 12 months.
Most of our standard bounce houses are 15' x 15', offering more jumping room than the industry average. To ensure a safe installation, every unit requires a "clearance zone" for stakes, blowers, and safety buffers. The total dimensions listed on our Product Pages already include this necessary space.
Setup Requirements:

Clearance: Units must not rub against trees, fences, or walls to prevent damage.

At Bounce & Play LLC, we distinguish between equipment maintenance and operational negligence to protect our customers:

Normal Wear and Tear: You are not responsible for routine maintenance issues, such as minor seam separations that occur over time. Please alert us immediately if you notice any equipment concerns so we can address them.

Negligence & Safety Violations: Customers are responsible for damages caused by failing to follow provided safety rules (e.g., leaving a blower on during high winds or allowing prohibited items inside).

Trained Operator Status: To prevent costly repairs or replacements, we provide every customer with a comprehensive safety briefing. By signing our safety rules, you become the certified on-site operator, ensuring a safe environment for your guests and the equipment.
