Q.When do you set up?

At Bounce & Play LLC, we typically arrive 1–3 hours before your event begins to ensure your inflatable is safely installed and ready for play. On high-volume days, we may schedule setup up to 5 hours in advance at no extra cost to you. To keep your planning stress-free, we send a confirmation text the Friday before your event to coordinate the exact arrival time and ensure someone is on-site.
Q.We've rented some really dirty jumps from other companies in the past. Are they always that dirty?

Cleanliness is our top priority. At Bounce & Play LLC, we guarantee a spotless rental every time. Unlike some providers, we perform a multi-point cleaning and disinfection process after every single use. We use hospital-grade, kid-safe cleaners to ensure your inflatables are sanitized, sparkling, and ready for a safe day of play.
Q.Do we have to keep it plugged in the entire time?

Yes, the blower must remain running the entire time you wish to use the inflatable. Constant airflow is required to keep the unit pressurized; once unplugged, it will deflate immediately. For optimal safety and performance, we require a dedicated power outlet within 100 feet of the setup area. To prevent tripped circuit breakers, Bounce & Play LLC provides our own professional-grade, heavy-duty extension cords. If power is unavailable on-site, we offer generator rentals to ensure consistent operation.
Q.What about parks? Do parks have electricity?

We frequently deliver to local parks in Deltona, DeLand, and Orange City; however, most public parks do not provide electrical outlets. To power your inflatable, you will need a portable power source. Bounce & Play LLC offers professional-grade generators available for rent to ensure your event has consistent power. Since most park pavilions are "first-come, first-served," we recommend booking early to secure your preferred setup location.
Q.What payments do you take?

For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express) as well as cash payments. Our secure online booking system allows you to pay your deposit or total balance safely. If paying by cash, please have the exact change ready at the time of delivery, as our drivers do not carry change.
Q.Do you require a deposit?

Yes, a $20 credit card deposit is required for all reservations to secure your date. Our policy is designed to be flexible for our customers:

  • Full Refunds: Deposits are 100% refundable if you cancel at least 5 days prior to your rental date.

  • Rain Checks: If you cancel between 2–4 days before your event, your deposit is converted into a 1-year rain check, allowing you to reschedule your party for any date within the next 12 months.

Q.How big are the jumps?

Most of our standard bounce houses are 15' x 15', offering more jumping room than the industry average. To ensure a safe installation, every unit requires a "clearance zone" for stakes, blowers, and safety buffers. The total dimensions listed on our Product Pages already include this necessary space.

Setup Requirements:

  • Clearance: Units must not rub against trees, fences, or walls to prevent damage.

  • Surface: A flat, level area is required for secure staking.

Q.What about the big jumps? Any special requirements?

Our larger units, such as dual-lane water slides and obstacle courses, can weigh up to 1,000 pounds and require specialized handling. For a safe and successful delivery, Bounce & Play LLC requires a clear, level path at least 5 feet wide leading to the setup area. Please ensure all gates, walkways, and entry points are unobstructed. Detailed space and power requirements are listed on each individual product page to help you plan your event space accurately.
Q.What surfaces do you set up on?

Bounce & Play LLC can professionally install inflatables on natural grass, dirt, asphalt, and concrete. While grass is our preferred surface for maximum safety and cushioning, we can accommodate most flat areas. However, we cannot set up on gravel or rocks, as the abrasive friction can cause significant damage to the heavy-duty vinyl units. Please ensure your chosen setup area is level and clear of any sharp debris before our arrival.
Q.Can we see a copy of your contract and safety rules?

Q.Are we responsible for the unit if it gets a tear or damaged in any way?

At Bounce & Play LLC, we distinguish between equipment maintenance and operational negligence to protect our customers:

  • Normal Wear and Tear: You are not responsible for routine maintenance issues, such as minor seam separations that occur over time. Please alert us immediately if you notice any equipment concerns so we can address them.

  • Negligence & Safety Violations: Customers are responsible for damages caused by failing to follow provided safety rules (e.g., leaving a blower on during high winds or allowing prohibited items inside).

  • Trained Operator Status: To prevent costly repairs or replacements, we provide every customer with a comprehensive safety briefing. By signing our safety rules, you become the certified on-site operator, ensuring a safe environment for your guests and the equipment.
